Probably soybeans, sunflower, or canola. That’s not to say it’s an unsolvable problem – just that raging against the most efficient oil-producing crop doesn’t fix the issue. Avoiding palm oil doesn’t help. Telling big companies to avoid palm oil doesn’t help either – they will just buy the cheapest soybean oil, or the cheapest canola oil, or the cheapest sunflower oil, etc.
