I had serious depression and was in a horrible state. I fixed everything at the Official Not Politically Correct 0333 Shirt beginning of 2020 though, and my depression sort of went away. Now the world has gone insane, but I’m here having the best year I’ve had in almost a decade. I think you need to be quite robust mentally uncommonly so to navigate all this without suffering mentally, whether by having trouble sleeping, concentrating, keeping feelings proportional to facts, managing anxiety, anger, frustration. Yep, it’s objectively bad. Hard not to have a low mood! I don’t know, except for the people that get sick/die, this pandemic has been pretty great for me.
