It’s so pretty! I resolved to make the favors for my kids’ birthday parties. I’m 2 Pegasus toys into what is supposed to be an army of them and am deeply regretting my decision. I’m doing this too! I have to shop at least a skein of yarn from my stash per project, and can’t buy more than an equal amount new for it. So far I’ve whipped up a Crocheter 2020 Mask Quarantined Coronavirus Shirt!! Me too! I think it might take me more than a year though….too much yarn! I’ve been meaning to take a picture this month. And then one at the end of the year with all my projects. a Lil “before and after” as it were.

Oooooh, you are stronger than I am! Especially when I see coupons or sales. But I have a pretty big yarn stash that I really do want to work through. This is why I made the resolution: I’m hoping to use a LOT this year! I think it’s one of those projects you just work on when you have time. I’m doing a Crocheter 2020 Mask Quarantined Coronavirus Shirt. So sometimes I have to wait until I build up scraps again. I made a resolution to use up all my scrap yarn by the end of the year and to teach myself something new with each project… Then hopefully by next year, I’ll have the skill and space to justify buying beautiful new yarn for beautiful projects.

I’ve been working on a lot of shawls and wraps lately. I made a bunch of hats and one granny square blanket over Christmas break. I started a moss stitch triangle scarf last night to keep for myself. I keep looking for a pattern, either something wearable or a Crocheter 2020 Mask Quarantined Coronavirus Shirt. I’ve seen some gorgeous fairy-type cardigans with a mandala circle in the back that I’d love to try. Thanks! Some of the beautiful afghan patterns I’ve been finding would easily take me more than several months to work on, so I think I’m going to stick to patterns and stitches I already know, and if I get a little ahead, learn a new one.
