It took about 2 weeks. Went through all the photos I had of her (roughly 40,000 since 2016, but they’re pretty well organized), took all the photos of her butt and repositioned them in Photoshop to match a grid I made so the butt was in the same place in the Official Corgi Happy Shirt, then lined them up in Premiere, organized them by angle, re-organized them to account for forward foot movement, brought the photos back into Photoshop, filled in all the white space from repositioning them, painted the leashes out, brought them back into Premiere, then had a beer. So all in all quarantine is going quite well. Someone really found a great exercise for the quarantine, but 40k? Holy crap, are you filming her constantly.

Wow that’s some serious effort, but everything turned out amazing! I love how distinct and consistent the style and editing of the Official Corgi Happy Shirt, how did you manage that when all of these photos were all taken at completely different times and settings. I usually use the same settings in Lightroom — or have been for the past year. For this I made a few white balance corrections on a few photos, and then added a grade to the entire video once it was complete. How long did the whole process take? As a professional video editor even I’m exhausted just thinking about all the work this took. I kept thinking, where’s the leash? I’m going to pretend there never was a leash, and just a happy little corgi. Wonderful job.

Honest question: do you walk your cargo with a leash and edit it out of the photos, or just walk them without an Official Corgi Happy Shirt. Because if it is the latter, I want to know how many of your future children did you sell to the devil in order to train a fucking cargo to walk safely without a leash and where can I make the same deal for my dog. I can only speak for Pembroke welsh corgis, but some of them naturally have little to no tail, while almost all get their tails docked within a few days after birth, tail docking is a part of the “breed standard”, though sometimes you will see corgis that still have their tails. I chose to get my corgi puppy undocked! It’s so cute to see a small corgi with a long-ass tail wagging.I’m glad you were able to request them to be unlocked! A lot of people don’t realize they can request it if it’s early enough, and their tails are so cute.
