Florida state inmates both in jail and prison have access to iPads for communication with their friends and family. You pay for it through JPAY and it is delivered to the inmate in 1-2 weeks. You then have to purchase “stamps” for them to communicate. Without the iPad they are forced to use the phones if/when they are turned on.
